Auto seller signed the title in a place where I'm supposed to sign?
Everything else has been signed correctly. I I contacted him and he did not. It does not answer his phone and when I say the word I will take legal action, I called and started to curse to say that I am harassing him. Are there any you can register the vehicle for me. I have a bill of sale and title. The bill of sale was signed correctly. Title has only 1 error in your signature in place that I had to sign. It completely ignores all communications to not answer or text tells me that is taking place. Suggestions? I live in Louisiana.
The title and other formalities required for registration of the vehicle DMV. They will be able to help. It has already signed (and hope that the signing had notarized), right to left the car / truck. I also take the deed of sale with me. Some states, although they have not completed a transfer within many days, so more DMV as soon as possible. Good luck!
